We recognise the importance of minimum downtime should a failure occur thats why our mobile service engineers vehicles are always stocked with a full inventory including the most commonly used service and repair items.
 
Many Technical issues can however be resolved by calling our support desk which is manned by trained engineers.

Repair and Maintenance Contract
This contract covers all aspects of repairs and servicing, which is subject to a specific agreement, allowing the customer to budget ahead with confidence.

Fixed price Menu Servicing
Carried out at specific intervals to the manufacturers specification.

RTE inspections
In accordance with health and safety laws all machinery must have a certificate of REGULAR AND THOROUGH EXAMINATION, this is a service that we can offer in conjunction with our contract servicing

Extended Warranty
Every Manitou Machine when purchased new comes with a peace of mind of a full 12 months parts and labour warranty, this can be extended to cover your machine for up to 36 months, giving you extra peace of mind

To ensure the trouble free running of your equipment and to gaurentee better residual values we recomend that Genuine Manitou Replacement parts are fitted to your equipment . We can supply a full range of parts from our parts centre at Castleford quickly and at competative prices
